By BFC Travel Management
The platform behind our planning.
Ildána is the trip-operations platform BFC has built from nearly two decades of running school journeys. It keeps consents, medical needs, risk assessments and supplier checks in one place, aligned with ISO 31031, and flags what still needs doing before a trip can go.
For BFC journeys
Nothing lives in an inbox.
We’re moving our journeys onto Ildána so the information behind each trip sits in one structured record, not scattered across emails and spreadsheets. The right people see what they need, and the record is there afterwards.
For schools
Now open for schools.
Ildána is available to schools and school groups that run their own trips: plan and approve journeys, oversee them live and keep every trip record in one place.
